The rules

Maximum players: Any number
Minimum players: 2 players
Positions: Ace/Dungeon, King, Queen and Jack

Go with a minimum group of two people to a four square court. Decide who will play in what position. Then, play by the rules below, as these rules are key:

Lobs
A lob happens when someone bounces the ball into someone else's square without it first bouncing in your square. If you lob a ball, then you are out, unless someone plays it on.
Note: Before the ball may be bounced into another square you have to bounce it into your square first.

Double touch
In four square, it is against the rules to double touch a ball. Double touch cannot be turned on and if you double touch a ball while trying to bounce the ball to another player then you are out.

Double bounce
You cannot let the ball double bounce in your square. Like double bounce, it cannot be turned on, and if you let the ball double bounce in your square at any time, then you are out.

Water Locks
A water lock is when Ace or Dungeon turns on or off an element such as Fault 3, body lobs, etc. and if Ace or Dungeon wants something to stay on while they are out they can use a water lock. They might say: "Water lock body lobs off." This will mean body lobs will be turned off until someone manages to turn off the water lock or once the person who turned it on gets back in Ace or Dungeon and turns it off. To disable a water lock, once you get into Ace or Dungeon, you must win 35 times and then do a dare decided upon by the peson who turned on the water lock.
